When will my order ship?

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, most orders take approximately 10–16 business days to arrive. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, destination, weather, or carrier delays.

Can I cancel an order?

Please contact us at support@tarkenil.com as soon as possible. We will try to help, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

What is your return policy?
