This supplement forms part of our Privacy Policy and applies to our SMS messaging program, TARKENIL Updates.

Participation is voluntary and available only to people who expressly opt in at tarkenil.com/pages/sms-updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Submitting our general contact form does not enroll you in the SMS program.
When you opt in we collect the mobile number you provide, a record of the consent you gave, and the date and time of that consent.
SMS opt-in data and consent records are not sold, and are not shared with third parties for unrelated promotional or marketing purposes.
Service providers necessary to deliver messaging — such as our messaging platform provider and the mobile carriers that transmit messages — may process the relevant data solely in order to deliver and support the program.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any unrelated third-party sharing.
You can leave the program at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing support@tarkenil.com. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
People who have not completed this opt-in are not enrolled in TARKENIL Updates and are not treated by us as SMS subscribers.
