1. Program description

TARKENIL (trade name: Tarkenil Store) operates an SMS messaging program called TARKENIL Updates. The program is available only to people who expressly opt in on our website. Messages relate to TARKENIL's two business lines: Brand & Wellness products, and TARKENIL SaaS / digital solutions.

Depending on how you interact with us, messages may include order and delivery updates, responses to inquiries you have submitted, product availability information, service updates, and occasional promotional offers.

2. How to join

You can join TARKENIL Updates only by submitting your mobile number and separately checking the SMS consent box on our opt-in page: tarkenil.com/pages/sms-updates.

The SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default and is separate from acceptance of our Terms of Service. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Scope of this program

This program covers only subscribers who have opted in through the opt-in page described above. People who receive other TARKENIL business communications are not enrolled in this program, are not treated as SMS subscribers, and do not receive TARKENIL Updates messages unless they separately opt in here.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your activity and the reason we are contacting you.

5. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider according to your plan. TARKENIL does not charge you for receiving these messages.

6. How to stop receiving messages

Reply STOP to any message from this program at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and will then receive no further messages from the program. You may also email support@tarkenil.com to be removed.

8. Carriers and delivery

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network conditions. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Information you provide when you opt in is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in data and consent records are not sold, and are not shared with third parties for unrelated promotional or marketing purposes. They may be processed by service providers only as necessary to deliver and support the messaging program.
